KC Performing Arts Club to preview show DeKALB – Students from the Kishwaukee College Performing Arts Club will preview some of the acts from their debut show, “Seasons of Emotions,” at the DeKalb Public Library at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday. The performers will take the audience on an emotional journey through song, dance, drama and poetry. This free show is recommended for ages 15 and older because of adult content. Free concert scheduled at DeKalb library DeKALB – Gary Mullis and fellow musicians Matthew Littlejohn and Larry Howlett will perform country and bluegrass songs at the DeKalb Public Library, 309 Oak St., at 7 p.m. Thursday. Mullis is an award-winning songwriter from DeKalb who has a lifelong love of country music. He will show videos of his songs with Kim Glover recorded in Nashville and Alabama. The songs are “Remembering Hee Haw,” “I Had a Dream About Hee Haw” and “Doing the Christmas Boogie.” This concert is free and open to all. It will be held in the Yusunas Meeting Room.
